IDEA Cellular charging extra money above Rs 650 Unlimited Usage Plan

Hello IDEA Cellular Executive,

I am an IDEA NetSetter User. My Net Setter number is 8805020116. My name is Vaijayanta Chattoraj but in NetSetter Bill it is written by mistake of the outlet man as Vijayanta Chattoraj.

My DOB is 8th October, 1981. My Address is: c/o Dnyanoba Damu
Jamdade, Gurukrupa Niwas, Bhujwal Wasti, Tal Mulshi, Wakad, Pune 411057.

I have enrolled the Rs 650 unlimited usage plan of IDEA NetSetter.

Every month my NetSetter bill is increasing by Rs 50 to Rs 60.

In the month of March my Current Month Amount charge was Rs 640.13

In the month of April my Current Month Amount charge rose to Rs 716.95

In the month of May my Current Month Amount furhter charge rose to Rs 766.95

Since I have enrolled for the Rs 650 unlimited usage plan for IDEA NetSetter, every month my IDEA bill should not cross Rs 650.

Still I cannot understand why has my bill amount rose to Rs 716.95 in April and Rs 766.95 in May.

I should not be charged for unlimited usage and download of data through NetSetter for Rs 650 unlimited plan as the offer is unlimited. But currently I am being charged for downloading of data and internet usage beyond Rs 650.

Could you please look into the matter let me know why I am being charged amount more than Rs 650 every month even when I am a Rs 650 unlimited usage customer.

Purnachandra Chattoraj - Hare Krishna Hare Rama

My grandfather's elder brother Sri. Purnachandra Chattoraj is no more with us. On Tuesday the 11th of May, 2010, he left his family and his disciples at his home in Burnpur, Asansol, West Bengal, India. He passed away in his sleep and did not wake up anymore. He did not have any children so he left his wife behind. He was around 97 years old. His disciples would be very sad because of his departure but due to old age he was suffering a lot.

I was fortunate to meet him only thrice in our life time. He was such a modern man with so much fluency in English that anyone would call him a scholar in English Language. He received his primary education during the British Days and that is why his English was so well refined. He was also a Scholar in Sanskrit and Bengali.

He was very close to my daddy, my uncle and my 5 aunts. They used to go to his quarter in Burnpur during their childhood and spend good time with Purna-dadu and his wife. They were so much loved in their house. Still my dad used to visit him 3 - 4 times a year when he used to visit Bolkunda, our village house. He also used to love his younger brother, my dadu, Late Pt. Sri. Sanat Kumar Chattoraj a lot.

He was an aesthetic person, a Vaishnavite and was always drawn towards the worship of Lord Chaitanya Mahaprabhu (an incarnation of Vishnu / Krishna). He had written many books in the name of Lord Chaitanya. He was also a follower of Prabhu Jagabandhu and Mahanambrata Brahmachari. He was active in worshipping name of Krishna and addressing lectures in the name of God. Source: (http://www.mahanam.org/centenarylist.html)

I regret I could never take any photo of him through my camera, but I am lucky to shoot his video through my dad's handy cam when he came to Bolkunda to attend the last rites of his younger brother, my dadu, Late Pt. Sri. Sanat Kumar Chattoraj which we still have stored at our home. I remember he cried a lot on that day and when he saw he hugged me and we cried a lot in rememberance of dadu.

I wish he would live long and wish more that his soul rests in peace in heaven.

Long Live Sri Sri Purna Chandra Chattoraj !!!

Website of Md. Salim - MP from North Kolkata

MD. Salim's Website

I am a big fan of Md. Salim and his ideologies. He is the MP Candidate from North Kolkata. He has been the MP from Kolkata East for the last 5 years and had done a very good job.

He is a true man amidst the many Indian Politicians who are looking for ruling India for the next 5 years. Md. Salim can truely bring India reach her goal in a very well guided manner.

He is sure to be a strong contender for the Chief Ministerial position in Bengal for future and Bengal can prosper under his leadership.

Long Live Md. Salim.

I wish my name was Kaushik or Debasish or Amitava or Shantanu

I hope most of you know that I am a Software Engineer by profession. The current recession worries me. I believe on the best can survive in such a situation and even the mediocre will be a target of this recession ghost.

I have always been the best in whatever I did. Be it studies, competitions, blogging, photography or even jharifying / pataofying girls / women, I have always been the Best. But I think I am still not the best when it comes to professional life. I see many around me who are remarkable in the skills when it comes to Software Development. I have acquired many skills in these 3 years of my working but still I believe I need to be the Best to survive this fierce completion and recession.

So after a lot of thinking, I have come to the conclusion that it is my name which plays the x-factor. I strongly believe that Vaijayanta is the best name a guy like me can have as the name starts with V and by numerology it lies on the Number 1. Still the name Vaijayanta does not suit the guys who are into software development.

I have noticed that people who are good in software development share some common names. These names include names like Kaushik, Debasish, Amitava, Shantanu and so on. I know many people who share these names and are the Best in Software Industry. So I wish my name was Kaushik or Debasish or Amitava or Shantanu and so on. These are the most Popular Names of Software Industry today. They are the Future. They are the Best…

Photography Mania One - Part 1

I am an amateur photographer with a baby camera ( Sony-DSC-W55), but it is a lot for me as this is my first camera and I longed for it for many decades. At last, on the last February, I managed to buy me this camera which would be handy and get inside my pockets (so that she can travel with me wherever I go) and also at par in clarity from shot range with hi-fi cameras though not in zoom feature. Still I managed to take around 6K photographs. Have a look at some of my photography: -

a) Flickr Photography: - http://flickr.com/photos/vaijayanta
c) JPG Magazine Photography: - http://jpgmag.com/people/vaichatt

In the process, I have managed to make many new amateur as well as professional photographer friends. Let me introduce them and their photography to you: -

1) Subhamoy Sinha Roy ( He is my Sir and Dada at IEM, Sector V, Salt Lake who is an amazing amateur-tured-professional photographer.)

a) Flickr Photography: - http://flickr.com/photos/subhamoysr/

2) Shubhajyoti Roychowdhury (He is my school class mate from class 3 till class 12 at DBPC and a great amateur photographer who has an amazing concept and soon he will be at par with professional photographers.)

3) Satyaki Basu (He is a doctor by profession and a great amateur-turned-professional photographer.)

4) Koustav K. Dutta (He is my new orkut friend and an amazing photographer whose photography is no less than a professional. He is Mr. Clarity as every photograph of his is very clear and interesting.)

5) Chaitali Dutta Chowdhury (She is my college class mate at IEM and an amazing amateur photographer at par with any professional photographer.)

a) Flickr Photography: - http://www.flickr.com/photos/44607342@N00/

I have noticed one thing in orkut. All these friend of mine are related to each other directly or indirectly and this thing really makes me feel like being a proud part of the imaginary photographers community. Thus I am really fortunate to have these talented friends and their photography makes me sit and view them during my past time and grow creative mindset towards photography. I am learning a lot from them about photography. I am a great fan of my photographer friends. Looking forward to include more people in this imaginary community. I will have more posts on Photography Mania One as we include more people in this imaginary community.

Mountan View California USA

What a beautiful place it is? It is like a town of dreams. It is Mountain View, California. Trees all over on the sides of the roads. Clean well-planned roads. Nice furnished buildings. One of such complex is "Googleplex", Google's Corporate Headquarters.

I simply love this place. I have never been there in my life but I wish to visit there someday and work for Google. That is my wish. The place is like heaven. The small cottage type houses are a great attaraction there. Peace prevails there. I am sure anyone who sees this place would definitely fall in love with this place and would like to come here often.

I find no words to describe the beauty of Mountain View, California. I assume the people there are also friendly and nice just like the place. I really long to visit this place and be there for some years of my life before returning to my country India.

Happy Birthday to Vaijayanta

Today I am the Birthday Boy. It is my Birthday today. I am Happy as well as Sad today.

I am Happy because it is my Birthday today. I was born today 27 years ago at Central Calcutta Nursing Home in Ganesh Chandra Avenue at 10.40 am and my parents became proud of me on that day. That was the first and last time they became proud of me.

I am Sad because I am 27 years old (almost close to 30 years) which signifies that I am slowly and steadily loosing my youth and becoming an aged man (Buro hoye gelam boss [ :( ] ). It makes me sad. Another aspect which makes me sad is that in thes 27 years I could not make my parents proud of me. I did by schooling from DBPC, Engineering from IEM and MBA from IISWBM but could not secure a good job or earn much like my fellow friends who are treading the globe. It makes me feel unhappy.

It seems that I am more unhappy than happy today. I could not achieve in life what I should have achieved in these 27 years of my life. No bank balance. No secure job. No job satisfaction. No good managerial job even after pursuing MBA. My parents even family, all are unhappy with me and my achievements. I should have achieved a lot and made them happy. But somehow I could not. My laziness made me what I am today. No growth. No prospect.

But the hope is always there. I hope to overcome my laziness someday. It makes me go on in this cruel, competitive world. A Sad Happy Birthday to Me.

Real or Virtual ?

We have often seen people telling us that the drawing is like a real photo (puro jeno camera-e tola). We also have seen people telling us that the photo is so well taken that it looks likes a hand made drawing. (puro jeno hathe anka chobi).

Thes two statements are very common and often heard in our households. Doesn't it seem that such people are really confused about what they are saying. They themselves contradict themselves and do not know what to say on seeing such a nice drawing or a photo. Actually the drawing or the photo is so well made that people get confused and often keep comparing them with one another. It is really an ironical statement that compliments one another.

My Latest Crush - Mishi Khan

I came to know about her Mishi Khan from the interview she took of my favourite singer Kumar Sanu. I saw the programme in South Asia TV last Saturday and I was in love with the sweet and cute ada of this lady. She has a nice way of talking to people and the characteristic that that captured my heart is that she doe not have the thing called "gham" in her which is found in 90% of girils of this age.

About Her: -

It's always been fun to chat with Mishi Khan witty, funny and blunt qualities that she says have sometimes spelt trouble for her. But as she aptly puts it, Frankly my dear I don't give a damn. I have two sides to me and if I'm funny and witty, it doesn't mean that I'm also a goof ball. I know what I'm saying. People tend to talk negatively and half of them think that girls in showbiz are simply brain dead. Basically, their insecurities lead them to think that way. My concepts and values are very clear so it doesn't bother me. Indeed, there has been a lot of speculation and tongues have been wagging about her sudden disappearance from the scene. So where was she? I hadn't gone anywhere so the question of coming back doesn't arise. I have never been totally out of touch. There was a time I was a constant on television and all that then stopped. When you are into something for a long time you need a break and I just thought I'd do something different. So I did three music videos.

Coming to music and popular opinion has it that Mishi just doesn't cut it as a singer. I did not sing for the sake of doing it but it was just something I had always wanted to do. My first music video Mahiya was nominated in the best debut song category for the Indus Music Awards in 2004 so for me that was a big thing. I think those who thought I was bad are more inclined towards classical stuff and I'm not into all that. I like to sing my kind of songs nice, easy and entertaining. I know what my limitations are as far as singing is concerned I'm not besuri (out of tune) so people should not be critical. So far, three of my songs have gone on air and were liked by a lot of people.

As a matter of fact, my album is ready and will be hitting shelves soon. This brings us to the issue of a rather plumpish Mishi in Mahiya. I have always been on the chubby side. My weight is perfect right now and I have never felt so good. I think being overweight is something that happens to everyone. I have never had a weight problem, it's just that I was never skinny. I like to look good rather than anorexic or bulimic. Be healthy, look healthy and think healthy that is the most important thing. My weight fluctuates because I love food and I have the tendency to gain weight as well. I exercise on a regular basis now, I watch what I eat but once a week I have anything and everything I want to.

People tend to talk negatively and half of them think that girls in showbiz are brain dead. Basically, their insecurities lead them to think that way. My concepts and values are very clear so it doesn't bother me, says Mishi Khan Besides music, the other activity that takes up most of Mishi's time these days is her appearance as the host of Aaj Ki Iftari. It's great fun chatting up the chef. As a matter of fact, I would love to do my own cooking show where I actually talk to people and not just tell them Pehle hara dhaniya dal lain aur phir hari mirch. I have another show on Aaj TV called Sunday with Mishi and an entertainment based-show with TV One called E on One. I have recently shot a serial and a telefilm in Lahore as well. I don't want to do any or every kind of play just to be busy. I want something challenging so as of now I am concentrating on these two shows, and of course my album.

It's true that Mishi likes to experiment with different mediums of entertainment. Having done television and music, she tried her hand at films as well but it wasn't a pleasant experience. If offered a role today, will she accept? At that point I took it as an experience and it wasn't bad. But filmi people speak and think differently and I can't understand the Lollywood lingo. Vulgarity for them is nothing as for me what they show is vulgar. So if our mental levels don't match then how can we work together?

I would not accept an offer from them now. Mentally, I have gone ahead but probably if somebody like Saquib Malik or Jami approaches me with an offer, I can understand their language and would work with them. Talking in context to Bollywood and going the way of Meera, Mishi surprisingly puts asks: Meera who? However, she later concedes and adds, I don't follow her professionally. I don't think doing something in Bollywood is bad but doing something mediocre and C grade is. As they say if you maintain a certain standard in life you will get quality even if you get it late. But if you go lower the graph then there is no hope of salvation. Pakistan should be represented abroad by people who carry themselves with dignity. You have to look and behave in a dignified manner.

If not then the rest of the world will think that Pakistani women act and behave like that all the time, and that is not really called for.”Still single, Mishi is still enjoying life but says she wouldn't mind getting hitched. I am very happy, content and relaxed. I feel that destiny takes one places to meet people. I believe in fate and feel if there is somebody in your life he/she will come to you. I think you have to love yourself first to love somebody else. Love or marriage is not something that one should get depressed about. You have one life to live and you should make the most of it everyday. Wake up with a smile and bring a smile to somebody's face. I think that in itself is an achievement.

Getting married is not an achievement. Not that I wouldn't like to get married at some point in time but not at the moment. So what does she think the foreseeable future has in store for her? Doing something totally different which probably I don't even know at this point. I see myself as healthy and wealthy. I also do photography and while travelling, which is also another passion of mine, I had taken pictures all over the world of buildings, people sitting, standing or simply doing nothing. Probably, I would like to have an exhibition of my portraits. As for television, whatever work I have done from the time I did Uroosa till today, offers have come to me directly.

I have no idea of how to go and ask for work. I guess I have always been lucky in that sense. What about production and direction? Well all my three videos were self-produced and the album will also be my own production. I would like to make a tele film but not now, maybe later, but don't know when. I need to do it properly. So maybe first I would like to do a course in film making as training is important to bring finesse to your craft. I don't want to do it on a trial-and-error basis or simply because I have to do it. I want to make something which is very slick and very fast-paced, and do it at a time when I am absolutely sure about it.

Today I had come across a new Bengali Film Industry (Tollywood Industry / Tolly Film Industry) commercial website. It is good. But it lacks details and should be more informative.

It is http://tollynewz.com/

This is one of the first attempt to provide news on the commercial Bengali Film Industry.

Pluckth, Pluckth, Pluckth !!!

What is Pluckth by the way? Do you know? Did you ever hear such a sound? Did you ever try to hear it? I am sure many of you have heard it many times in your life time but no one knows about it and has never paid attention to it except Gaurav and me. We both are fans of the sound called "Pluckth". The term was invented by Gaurav. It is quite difficult to hear Pluckth for guys like us at such a young age. But luckily, many guys do hear them in many situations and conditions.

Pluckth is a sound that requires ruler, oil, fat, force, a positive and negative energy to react and a suitable environment to occur. It soothes the mind, the heart, the soul and the body. So it has turned out to be a heavenly sound for people throughout many generations.

Both Gaurav and I felt that we could hear the sound Pluckth at New Town last month, when we visited there and met one of the source (MotaSush) of the heavenly sound Pluckth. But we unfortunately could not arrange for a suitable environment and the source of the sound Pluckth. But we are sure we will be able to hear it soon from various other sources. Lets see, when the golden moment arrives for us. Eagerly waiting for the moment.

Pluckth, Pluckth, Pluckth !!!
